These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the services provided by GravyGrabber, operated by GravyGrabber LLC ("GravyGrabber," "we," "us"). By using our services, you agree to these Terms.

GravyGrabber provides marketing, posting, communication, lead intake, and customer follow-up support for local service businesses. Specific deliverables depend on the plan you select and the platforms you authorize us to use on your behalf.

You are responsible for:

• Your own licensing, insurance, and regulatory compliance
• Pricing, estimates, scheduling, and customer service
• Workmanship, warranties, and fulfillment of any services you provide
• Accurate information about your business, service area, and offerings
• Maintaining access to any third-party accounts you authorize us to use

Our services rely on third-party platforms including Facebook, Meta, Marketplace, Craigslist, Google, Twilio, ManyChat, GoHighLevel, and others. These platforms are operated by third parties and may change their rules, access, pricing, or functionality at any time. We are not responsible for outages, policy changes, account restrictions, or other actions taken by these platforms.

GravyGrabber does not guarantee leads, booked jobs, revenue, platform placement, conversion rates, or campaign results. Our services are designed to help capture more local demand and route qualified opportunities to your business, but outcomes depend on many factors outside of our control.

When prospective customers reply to posts or messages, we help qualify the request, coordinate follow-up, and route the details to your business. You are responsible for responding to and fulfilling any opportunity sent to you.

By submitting a form, booking a call, requesting information, or otherwise providing your phone number with consent, you agree that GravyGrabber may contact you by phone, SMS, or email about your inquiry, account, service updates, appointment reminders, and related communications.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of SMS messages or HELP for help. Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchase.

By providing your phone number and opting in to receive SMS communications from GravyGrabber, you consent to receive text messages related to inquiry follow-up, appointment scheduling, appointment reminders, customer support communications, service updates, account notifications, contractor opportunity notifications, onboarding updates, and promotional communications where consent has been provided.

Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan.

You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any text message. For assistance, reply HELP or contact us at support@gravygrabber.ai or 239-977-8883.

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed, failed, or undelivered messages.

You must be at least 18 years old to use GravyGrabber services, submit information through our website, or consent to receive SMS communications from GravyGrabber.

Fees are billed in advance according to the plan you select. All fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated. You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until cancelled.

Month-to-month plans may be cancelled at any time and will not renew for the following month. Prepaid plans are non-refundable. Cancellation requests should be sent to support@gravygrabber.ai.

You retain ownership of the photos, logos, and content you provide to us, and grant us a license to use them to deliver the services. GravyGrabber retains ownership of its branding, processes, templates, and any materials we create for internal operations.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GravyGrabber LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
